SharpMoney NFL Survivor — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Each Contest is sponsored and administered by SharpMoney LLC, doing business as SharpMoney ("Sponsor"). Each Contest's prize is funded in partnership with the prize-funding partner named in that Contest's title (for example, the Pikkit pool's prize is funded in partnership with Pikkit). Prize-funding partners have no role in gameplay, winner determination, or data handling.

The Contests are independent promotions and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the National Football League ("NFL"), any NFL team, or their respective affiliates.

2. Eligibility

Each Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who:

• Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Reside in a jurisdiction in which participation is permitted (all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia are eligible);
• Have a valid SharpMoney account; and
• Agree to these Official Rules.

A SharpMoney account may be created free of charge. Purchasing a SharpMoney subscription is not required.

Employees, owners, officers, contractors, agents, and individuals directly involved in administering or operating the Contests, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win unless Sponsor expressly provides otherwise in writing before the Contests begin.

The Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. Contest Period

Registration begins on August 14, 2026 Eastern Time and ends on September 14, 2026 at 8:15 PM Eastern Time("Registration Period").

The Survivor competition begins with Week 1 of the 2026 NFL regular season and runs through the end of the 2026 NFL regular season, or until a winner or winners are determined earlier under these Official Rules.

Sponsor's systems will serve as the official timekeeping mechanism for the Contests.

4. No Purchase Necessary

Participation is 100% free.

No entry fee, purchase, paid subscription, deposit, wager, proof of purchase, or other payment is required to enter or win.

Free SharpMoney users and paid SharpMoney users receive:

• The same number of Contest entries;
• The same Contest rules;
• The same opportunity to participate; and
• The same opportunity to win.

Purchasing, upgrading, downgrading, maintaining, or canceling a SharpMoney subscription does not increase or decrease a participant's number of Contest entries or chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

During the Registration Period:

1. Create or log into a SharpMoney account.
2. Navigate to the SharpMoney NFL Survivor page.
3. Select "Claim My Entries."
4. Confirm eligibility and age.
5. Review and accept these Official Rules.

Upon successful registration, an eligible participant will receive two (2) free Survivor entries per Contest.

No other method of obtaining additional entries is available.

6. Entry Limit

Each eligible individual may receive a maximum of two (2) entries per Contest, regardless of the number of:

• SharpMoney accounts;
• Email addresses;
• Devices;
• IP addresses;
• Memberships; or
• Other credentials controlled by that individual.

Entries are personal and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, or otherwise provided to another individual.

Creating or using multiple accounts or identities for the purpose of exceeding the entry limit may result in disqualification.

7. Independent Entries

Each of a participant's entries operates independently.

Teams selected for Entry #1 do not affect the teams available for Entry #2.

Accordingly, the same NFL team may be selected with both entries during the same week, provided that team remains independently eligible for each entry.

8. Survivor Gameplay

For each applicable NFL week, each surviving entry must select one eligible NFL team to win its designated game.

If the selected team wins, the entry survives and advances.

If the selected team loses, the entry is eliminated.

If the selected team's game ends in an official NFL tie, the selection will be treated as an unsuccessful selection and the entry will be eliminated.

Official NFL results will determine the outcome of each selection.

9. Teams May Be Used Only Once

Each NFL team may be selected only once per Survivor entry during the entire Contest.

Once an entry successfully uses a team, that team becomes unavailable for that particular entry for the remainder of the Contest.

Each entry maintains its own independent history of previously selected teams.

10. Picks and Deadlines

Participants are responsible for submitting and confirming selections through the SharpMoney platform.

A selection may be changed until the applicable selection becomes locked.

A team's selection will lock at the scheduled kickoff time of that team's game, as reflected by Sponsor's Contest system.

Once locked, a selection cannot ordinarily be changed.

Participants should verify that the SharpMoney platform displays their selection as successfully confirmed.

11. Failure to Make a Pick

Participants are responsible for making a valid selection for every surviving entry each applicable week.

If a participant fails to make a valid selection by the applicable weekly deadline, that entry will be eliminated.

Sponsor is not responsible for a participant forgetting or failing to submit a selection.

12. Postponed, Suspended or Canceled Games

If an NFL game is postponed but completed within the applicable NFL week, the selection will remain valid.

If a selected game is canceled, moved outside the applicable NFL week, or otherwise becomes unavailable for Contest purposes before it begins, Sponsor may permit the affected participant to select another eligible team.

If circumstances make reselection impossible or impracticable, Sponsor will apply a predetermined or reasonable procedure designed to treat all similarly situated entries consistently and preserve the integrity of the Contest.

Sponsor will not make such decisions for the purpose of favoring or disadvantaging a particular participant.

13. Official NFL Results

Results published by the NFL will control for purposes of determining whether an entry survives.

Subsequent statistical corrections that do not change the official winner of an NFL game will have no effect on the Contest.

If the NFL subsequently changes the official outcome of a game, Sponsor may recognize the updated official result if reasonably practicable and necessary to preserve Contest integrity.

14. Elimination and Last Entry Standing

Each Contest continues until a winner or winners are determined.

An entry remains alive until it is eliminated pursuant to these Official Rules.

If one surviving entry remainsin a Contest, the verified owner of that entry wins that Contest's entire $5,000 prize.

15. Multiple Remaining Entries

If a Contest reaches its designated conclusion with multiple surviving entries, that Contest's $5,000 prize pool will be divided equally among all remaining eligible surviving entries.

Because each participant receives two independent entries per Contest, one individual may potentially own multiple surviving entries and therefore receive multiple shares of a divided prize.

16. If All Remaining Entries Lose

If all remaining Survivor entries in a Contest are eliminated during the same NFL week, that Contest will end.

The $5,000 prize pool will be divided equally among the eligible entries that survived the longest and were eliminated during that final week.

For example, if four entries remain entering a week and all four are eliminated during that week, each eligible entry will receive a $1,250 share of the prize pool.

17. Prize

Each Contest has a guaranteed total prize pool of $5,000 USD.

The total amount awarded per Contest will not exceed $5,000.

The number of individual prize recipients depends upon the final Contest results.

Prizes are non-transferable except as permitted by Sponsor.

18. Winner Verification

All potential winners are subject to verification before receiving a prize.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide:

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth;
• Current residential address;
• Government-issued identification;
• Proof of residency;
• Confirmation of ownership of the applicable SharpMoney account;
• Completed IRS Form W-9;
• An affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
• A liability/publicity release where lawful; and
• Other information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility or satisfy legal and tax requirements.

Potential winners must provide requested verification materials within seven (7) calendar days after receiving notice unless Sponsor provides additional time.

Providing materially false information may result in disqualification.

19. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prizes.

Sponsor may report prizes to applicable tax authorities and issue tax documentation when required by law.

A potential winner may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and completed Form W-9 before payment.

Sponsor does not provide individual tax advice.

20. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional entries;
• Use another person's identity;
• Enter on behalf of an ineligible individual;
• Sell or transfer entries;
• Use bots, scripts, automated systems, or other mechanisms to manipulate participation;
• Exploit errors, bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality;
• Interfere with another participant's account or selections;
• Submit false eligibility information;
• Collude for the purpose of manipulating Contest administration; or
• Circumvent these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and disqualify participants or entries that Sponsor reasonably determines violated these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.

21. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, network interruptions, delayed transmissions, third-party outages, or other technical problems.

If a technical issue attributable to Sponsor materially affects Contest administration, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action to restore affected participants to the position they reasonably would have occupied absent the issue.

Any corrective action will be applied consistently to similarly situated participants.

Screenshots or other participant-created records do not override Sponsor's server records unless Sponsor determines that its records are demonstrably incorrect.

22. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel a Contest if fraud, technical failure, NFL schedule changes, natural disaster, force majeure, governmental action, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the Contest's integrity or administration.

Sponsor will not modify a Contest for the purpose of changing the outcome in favor of a particular participant.

If a Contest must end prematurely, Sponsor will determine the disposition of the guaranteed prize pool in a fair and reasonable manner consistent with applicable law and these Official Rules.

23. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, username, city/state, likeness, photograph, voice, and prize information for reasonable advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Contests without additional compensation.

24. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, promotional partners, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Contests or acceptance or use of a prize, except for claims or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. NFL Disclaimer

The Contests are independent SharpMoney promotions.

The National Football League, its member clubs, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of these Contests and are not associated with the administration or awarding of prizes.

References to NFL teams and games are used solely to identify the sporting events upon which participants make Survivor selections.

26. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contests may be used to:

• Administer the Contests;
• Communicate with participants;
• Verify eligibility;
• Prevent fraud;
• Verify and pay winners; and
• Satisfy applicable legal and tax obligations.

Information will otherwise be handled pursuant to SharpMoney's Privacy Policy.

27. Acceptance of Rules

By claiming entries, each participant represents and confirms that:

1. They are at least 21 years old;
2. They satisfy the Contest's residency and eligibility requirements;
3. They have read and agree to these Official Rules;
4. They understand that participation is completely free;
5. They understand that purchasing a SharpMoney membership does not increase their number of entries or chances of winning;
6. Information provided in connection with their participation is accurate; and
7. Their participation and selections are subject to these Official Rules.

28. Decisions and Interpretation

Sponsor will administer these Official Rules reasonably, consistently, and in good faith.

Sponsor's decisions concerning Contest administration, eligibility, selections, results, and interpretation of these Official Rules will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
